Voters overwhelmingly support government action to make health care more affordable, including by extending the increased premium tax credits for purchasing health coverage on the Marketplace, and by closing the Medicaid coverage gap.
The U.S. House of Representatives Thursday passed President Trump’s “One Big Beautiful Bill,” a sweeping legislation that makes the biggest cuts to Medicaid since the program began in the 1960s.
