As complementary and alternative medicines continue to gain acceptance beyond the margins of cancer treatment, results from a recent study from Yale School of Medicine published in JAMA Network Open suggests that some patients using CAM with their mainstream therapy may, in fact, be substituting alternative medicine for allopathinc interventions.
