Energy and Commerce Committee Health Subcommittee Ranking Member Rep. Anna G. Eshoo (D-CA), Ranking Member Rep. Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-NJ), and Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee Ranking Member Rep. Kathy Castor (D-FL) wrote to FDA Commissioner Robert M.
