Scott Lippman named vice chancellor, transitioning from UCSD Moores director role

Scott Lippman is transitioning from his role as director of Moores Cancer Center at UC San Diego Health to become the associate vice chancellor for cancer research and care, with the goal of formally launching the Precancer Genome Atlas.
