BOT+BAL yield three-year survival in 48% of patients with recurrent ovarian cancer, phase Ib study finds

Botensilimab, a Fc-enhanced anti-CTLA-4 antibody, in combination with balstilimab, Agenus’ anti-PD-1 antibody, yielded a three-year overall survival rate of 48% (n=35), according to three-year follow-up results from the phase Ib C-800-01 study.
