On Feb. 2, Nature Medicine published the results of a large, randomized, prospective clinical trial in the nascent and some say, fringe, field of chrono-oncology—the study of how natural biological rhythms might impact cancer outcomes.

Zoldonrasib + daraxonrasib show 81% ORR in patients with RAS G12D metastatic pancreatic cancer, phase I/II study finds

Zoldonrasib, an oral RAS(ON) G12D-selective covalent inhibitor, in combination with daraxonrasib showed 81% objective response rate compared to zoldonrasib in combination with standard of care chemotherapy in previously untreated patients with RAS G12D metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, according to results of two phase I/II study.
