Zoldonrasib + daraxonrasib show 81% ORR in patients with RAS G12D metastatic pancreatic cancer, phase I/II study finds

Zoldonrasib, an oral RAS(ON) G12D-selective covalent inhibitor, in combination with daraxonrasib showed 81% objective response rate compared to zoldonrasib in combination with standard of care chemotherapy in previously untreated patients with RAS G12D metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, according to results of two phase I/II study.

Cancer Research UK and partners announce new global phase II study in rare adrenal gland cancer

Cancer Research UK, Cytovation and the Norwegian Cancer Society announce a multi-national phase II clinical trial (CLARITY; ISRCTN15479264) for people with advanced adrenocortical carcinoma, a rare and aggressive cancer affecting the adrenal glands. The trial currently has multiple sites open in the UK with further sites planned across the UK and Europe.

To keep the early clinical trial enterprise in the U.S., HHS pledges to simplify regulatory requirements

HHS earlier this week rolled out a cluster of initiatives related to simplifying clinical trials, presenting these measures as a government-wide effort to maintain America’s leadership in early-stage drug development.

Sigvotatug vedotin misses OS primary endpoint vs. docetaxel in phase III trial in previously treated metastatic non-squamous NSCLC

Sigvotatug vedotin, an integrin beta-6 directed antibody-drug conjugate, did not show a statistically significant improvement in the primary endpoint of overall survival, compared to docetaxel, according to the results of the phase III SigVie-002 study (previously known as Be6A Lung-01).
