Fox Chase Cancer Center researchers confirmed that the mRNA vaccines for COVID-19 are just as safe for people with cancer as they are for cancer-free individuals.
Sanjay S. Reddy, an associate professor in the Department of Surgery, program director of the Complex General Surgical Oncology Fellowship, and co-director of the Marvin & Concetta Greenberg Pancreatic Cancer Institute, was promoted to division chief of surgical oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Center.
