Roswell Park signs on to participate in ASCO’s CancerLinQ

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center has signed on to use the CancerLinQ platform.

“We hope to use it to enhance our quality oversight, benchmark care, use with other data to better understand care delivery and quality, and support local and national research efforts,” Stephen Edge, vice president of Healthcare Outcomes and Policy at Roswell Park, said in a statement.

CancerLinQ has more than 100 subscribers. In addition to Roswell Park, practices including Baptist Healthcare System, and Crystal Run Healthcare, have signed agreements to join the platform over the past six months.

Sixty practices have completed the onboarding process to establish a link between the CancerLinQ database and their electronic health record system, and more than 1.5 million de-identified, real-world cancer patient records are now in the database. CancerLinQ is now helping these practices improve patient care through quality automation tools and dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
