FDA proposes rule to hold foreign tobacco companies to U.S. standards

FDA has issued a proposed rule to require both foreign and domestic tobacco manufacturers to register their facilities and list their products with the agency. This closes a regulatory gap, holding overseas e-cigarette and tobacco makers to the same standards as U.S. companies.
