Since the pause on communications for federal health agencies, the messaging silence from sources we are used to tracking and hearing from is eerie. If you are used to following the FDA Roundup, the NCI Cancer Currents blog, or tuning in to the “Inside Cancer Careers” podcast, the pause is starting to feel long.
