The book, “Backwater to Blockbuster: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital,” co-written by Charles J. Sherr and William E. Evans, chronicles the previously untold story of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and its rise to becoming a global leader in pediatric cancer research.
