MD Anderson and UICC collaboration focuses on women’s cancer care

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center announced an agreement to become a Women’s Cancer Partner with the Union for International Cancer Control, marking a significant collaboration to improve breast and cervical cancer care worldwide.

This year, the Boot Walk’s 7,000+ in-person participants and 1,200+ virtual participants from Houston and around the world joined together to raise $1.4 million to support the institution’s mission to end cancer.
