Lali Medina-Kauwe was named the inaugural Carol Moss Foundation Chair in Medical Discovery at Cedars-Sinai. The support of the Carol Moss Foundation, whose endowment was established by the foundation’s late president, Samuel W. Halper, will enable Medina-Kauwe to advance innovative research in nanomedicine.
Alessio Pigazzi was chosen to lead the newly created faculty division of colorectal surgery in the Jim and Eleanor Randall Department of Surgery at Cedars-Sinai.
