Mark DeSaulnier (CA-11) introduced The Comprehensive Cancer Survivorship Act, a legislation that will address gaps in survivorship care and develop standards to improve the overall patient-centered quality of care and navigation needs of cancer survivors and their families.
Young adults with cancer are starting to break the silence about grief. Most people think of grief following the death of a loved one, but grief can accompany any event that disrupts or challenges our sense of normalcy or ourselves.
