Northwell Health and START Center for Cancer Research have unveiled a $5.7M, 10,000 square foot early-phase cancer clinical trial center that aims to provide better access to treatments for cancer patients in New York and Long Island.

Zoldonrasib + daraxonrasib show 81% ORR in patients with RAS G12D metastatic pancreatic cancer, phase I/II study finds

Zoldonrasib, an oral RAS(ON) G12D-selective covalent inhibitor, in combination with daraxonrasib showed 81% objective response rate compared to zoldonrasib in combination with standard of care chemotherapy in previously untreated patients with RAS G12D metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, according to results of two phase I/II study.
