In the phase III STARGLO study of Columvi (glofitamab-gxbm) in combination with gemcitabine and oxaliplatin (GemOx) versus Rituxan (rituximab) in combination with GemOx (R-GemOx) for people with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma who have received at least one prior line of therapy and are not candidates for autologous stem cell transplant, or who have received two or more prior lines of therapy, the Columvi regiment extended overall survival.

CHMP adopts positive opinion for Adcetris + ECADD for newly diagnosed stage IIb/III/IV Hodgkin lymphoma

The Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use of the European Medicines Agency has adopted a positive opinion for the extension of the marketing authorization of Adcetris (brentuximab vedotin) and recommended its approval in combination with etoposide, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, dacarbazine, and dexamethasone, a chemotherapy regimen, in adult patients with newly diagnosed stage 2b with risk factors/3/4 Hodgkin lymphoma.
