A. Samer Al-Homsi named system chief of blood and marrow transplant and cellular therapy at Northwell

The Northwell Health Cancer Institute and its Center for Genomic Medicine opened Long Island’s first clinical Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory, a $3.2 million 2,800 square foot state-of-the-art facility with technology of next-generation sequencing that provides point-of-care tumor and patient genomic profiling to inform precision cancer therapy.
