Now in its third decade, the AAADV Workshop convenes regulators, investigators, statisticians, industry leaders, and patient advocates for two days on the questions that determine whether an oncology asset reaches patients: benefit–risk assessment, multiregional trial strategy, dose optimization, immune-related toxicity, follow-on molecules and biosimilars, and the lessons buried in Complete Response Letters. New this year is an evening session on cancer drug development in China.
