ASCO and Conquer Cancer, the ASCO Foundation, will recognize researchers, patient advocates, philanthropists, teachers, and global oncology leaders at the 2024 ASCO Annual Meeting. The 2024 Special Award Recipients are: 

Allen Lichter Visionary Leader Award

Robert A. Winn is director of the VCU Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center. In this role, he oversees an NCI-designated cancer center that provides advanced cancer care, conducts groundbreaking research to discover new therapies for cancer, offers high-quality education and training, and engages with the community to make advancements in cancer treatment and prevention equally available to all.
